BEMA BA doo was founded in 2003 as a joint venture between Bema Kunststoffen BV (Netherlands) and AMBRA doo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and has developed into a stable and reliable partner for the design and production of your plastic products.
Today, BEMA BA is a modern processor of various types of thermoplastics available on the market.

And what can we do for you? We can take care of the entire process from the basic, rough idea to the industrialization of your product.
We can get involved in the development process wherever it suits you: we can work together on the development of the idea or you can provide us with ready-made drawings.
Our design and development department has the necessary knowledge and capabilities. We offer the ability to finalize drawings or designs, manufacture tools, approve samples and start production, all within the agreed timeframe.
Production
Our core business is plastic injection molding and we perform this process on our machines, which range from 20 to 250 tons of clamping force.
Design
Our design and development department can translate your basic idea into a product that can be manufactured and is affordable.
We work with 3D CAD/CAM software and are able to use all standard document formats such as IGS, DWG, DXF, etc.
At your request, we can visualize your design through a "rendering" or a PowerPoint presentation, and we are also able to create prototype products as well as printed 3D models.
Quality
Quality means: fulfilling our promises and, if possible, exceeding our customers' expectations. Each product receives its own control protocol based on an agreement with the customer.
The quality control department is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
We have modern measuring equipment that allows us to make fast and precise measurements with high accuracy and repeatability.
